RESPONSIBILITIES:

• As a Maintenance Tech, your primary responsibility is the maintenance, upkeep, and repair of the facility and grounds.
• Work under the direction of the Maintenance Director.
• Operate equipment and tools properly and safely.
• Monitor supplies and usage.
• Perform assigned maintenance and repair duties as assigned.
• Perform any scheduled repairs and maintenance of facility and equipment.
• Complete maintenance logs accurately and timely.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in Maintenance, Housekeeping, or Environmental Services helpful.
• Experience in long-term care helpful.
• Reliable transportation required.
