Maintenance Technician
About the Job
As a Maintenance Technician, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of the reeveston manufacturing processes and equipment. Your primary responsibilities will involve troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing complex electro-mechanical systems, thus contributing to our production efficiency and product quality.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electro-mechanical systems and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues, conducting necessary repairs.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in electro-mechanical systems.
Qualifications & Professional Attributes
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance is preferred.
- 3 years of experience, particularly within a manufacturing environment.
- Root cause analysis and troubleshooting skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to emergency maintenance needs.
