SalaryWeekly Schedule: Part Time Weekends (12 hour shift)
Hours: 6:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m. (with a lunch) / 6:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. (with a lunch)
Pay: $15 - $18 (based on experience)
Location: Onsite - Training will take place at Corporate Office in Beloit, WI to start training during office hours for higher call volume training. Then, able to work from home.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Answer general phone inquiries using a professional and courteous manner
- Assist inbound callers for break-down requests & bringing in necessary parties for additional support.
- Perform data entry using word processing, Excel Spreadsheets, TMT, Peoplenet, and SSRT as required.
- Will gain knowledge in DOT compliance & equipment requirements
- Provide administrative support to management and other staff
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining composure is very important.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Possess strong data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organization skills.
Education & Experience:
- Data entry experience is required.
- Previous experience in high call volume field.
- Background in DOT Safety, FMCSA and OSHA compliance is desired.
Physical Demand:
- Ability to type at minimally 45 wpm.
- Needs to be able to see a computer screen from a reasonable distance.
- Able to sit, stand, walk, lift, and reach for a full 8-hour day.
Work Environment:
- Climate controlled office environment (while in training)
- Remote environment once training has concluded.
