Job Profile Summary:
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating new and existing maintenance equipment projects, directing, and coordinating activities of workers engaged in the repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment. You will also coordinate and direct the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manages personnel including personnel development, performance reviews, disciplinary actions, and time approvals.
- Direct and coordinate employees and outside vendors for AMP maintenance related projects and report the status of the project to leadership as needed.
- Review job orders to determine work priorities, schedule repairs, maintenance, and installation or relocation of machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
- Coordinate activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines, tools, or equipment to manufacture new products or improve existing products.
- Direct maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air required for operations.
- Develop or improve preventive maintenance program in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff for the maintenance of departmental machinery.
- Review production, quality control, maintenance reports, and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
- Inspect machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
- Plan, develop, and implement new methods and procedures designed to improve operations, minimize operating costs, and effect greater utilization of labor and materials.
- Conduct training and indoctrination of workers to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures.
- Confer with management, engineering, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field required AND 5 years related experience.
A combination of education and experience may be accepted.
Experience:
- Experience in managing employees required.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication.
- Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds.

Pay: $74,748.00 - $90,898.00 per year
