SalaryThis position is full-time (40 hours/week) and reports directly to the Licensed Community Association Manager (LCAM). The Maintenance Supervisor owns responsibility of the community amenities and common area. This individual closely monitors, identifies, and communicates problems in all areas of general maintenance including, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, flooring, patching, tennis court irrigation, painting, lighting, carpentry, and other minor repairs not requiring a licensed contractor or permit. Works closely with the LCAM to implement a preventative maintenance program.
- Knowledge of or experience working with mechanical systems, tools, and equipment
- Knowledge of sheet rock repairs, sanding, and painting
- Skills or experience related to project management
- Monitors the performance of service contractors and building repair and maintenance contractors
- Experience supervising maintenance team
- Completes or delegates maintenance work orders, work order schedules and projects
- Performs minor maintenance and repair in general maintenance including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, flooring, patching, tennis court irrigation, painting, lighting, carpentry, and other minor repairs not requiring a licensed contractor or permit
- Ensures all safety procedures are followed and maintains a safe work environment
- Decisive and efficient in solving problems and responding to inquiries
- Maintains availability and is on call for emergencies 24/7
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Other tasks as assigned
Full-Time Mon-Fri 7:30-4p on call every other weekend.
Pay Rate: Up to $25 DOE
