• Identify and address chronic maintenance issues, reducing operational costs.

• Recommend new procedures and layout designs for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in industrial/mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of food processing plant experience.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• CMMS proficiency.
• Layout design, project management, and ergonomic design experience.
• Knowledge of Industrial Engineering and CAD Operation.
• USDA or meat/poultry processing experience is a plus.
