Maintenance

Duties

• Complete all maintenance requests in a timely manner, which may include, but are not limited to, repairing doors, walls, and ceilings; painting houses; hanging pictures and televisions; addressing plumbing issues; repairing appliances; repairing or replacing light fixtures; installing flooring; moving furniture; and inspecting vehicles.

· Review audit findings and ensure follow-up on maintenance-related issues.

• Coordinate with outside entities for repairs as needed.
• Participate in site inspections of new houses, offices, and CIS buildings.
• Ensure any safety concerns at residences are addressed timely.
• Submit any required reporting of completed maintenance requests.
• Complete all monthly, quarterly, and annual environmental upkeep tasks (e.g., changing furnace filters, replacing water filters, obtaining well inspections).
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or it equivalent
• Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position.

Licenses and Certifications:

· Must possess a valid driver’s license.

· Must possess current automobile insurance.

· Must be over 25 to operate an agency vehicle.

Skills and Knowledge:

· Possess strong interpersonal skills for interactions with supervisors, coworkers, individuals, and outside personnel.

· Communicate effectively (verbally and in writing) with supervisor, coworkers, individuals, and outside personnel.

· Complete required record-keeping with accuracy.

· Efficient use of time, materials, and other resources.

· Knowledge of basic vehicle inspections (e.g. checking oil, checking tire pressure).

· Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, fire detection and other life safety systems, security systems, appliance operations, telephone systems, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
