Required Skills
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years working in a manufacturing industrial environment, with 4 years of experience in planning maintenance works and predictive maintenance.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in planning and scheduling maintenance activities, developing maintenance plans, and understanding of the work management process.
- Computer Skills: Competency in computerized maintenance management systems, particularly SAP PM, is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to prioritize workload, analyze maintenance data, and improve planning processes for maintenance activities.
Job Description
The Maintenance Planner is responsible for delivering routine planning services to sustain a proactive maintenance culture. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing qualitative maintenance plans and job packages for preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensuring safety and environmental considerations are prioritized through job safety analyses and permitting requirements.
- Establishing and maintaining a job task library to facilitate planning for repetitive work.
- Developing and managing job plans that detail safety hazards, special tools, equipment, and required PPE.
- Building and managing a ‘ready to be scheduled’ backlog to support maintenance scheduling.
- Contributing to the development of asset Bills of Material (BOMs) for planning efficiency.
- Acting as a SAP PM subject matter expert within the plant.

- Education: A background in engineering, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.

- Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities for coordinating with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Pay: $69,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
