Role & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for expediting work orders and requests, schedule both routine and non-routine electrical and maintenance related projects.
- Primary responsibility for ensuring the accuracy of the information on the new maintenance work orders, determining parts and material requirements, providing a written job plan, cost estimate to include labor, and materials so as to complete work in the most efficient manner possible. Communicates information in the Job Plan Package to the Engineering Supervisors.
- Support administration of the plant’s RPM Program.
- Effectively works with the different Engineering groups to Kit parts.
- Maintain open communication with internal customers regarding the RPM Program effectiveness and problems impacting its implementation.
- Primary responsibility for ensuring that all information needed to support the planning process is complete, accurate and readily available to everyone.
- Actively identifies opportunities to optimize jobs and reduce backlog.
- Performs any other tasks as assigned by Management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Prior experience in Maintenance is strongly preferred but not required.
- A minimum of 3 - 5 Years of experience in a Manufacturing Facility.
- Proven ability to work safely.
- Must possess strong analytical skills, a high level of organization, and the ability to effectively manage multiple assignments, prioritize tasks and implement best in class solutions.
- Must have a working knowledge of plant equipment, operations, and maintenance activities. Electrical and General plant maintenance aptitude is a plus.
- Must have proficient computer skills including use MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of MP2/EAM and Oracle is a plus.
- Must have the ability to read and interpret prints and drawings.
- Able to be a self-starter and complete tasks with little guidance or supervision.
- Must possess strong communication skills in interactions with all levels of personnel, vendors, and contractors.

Pay rate: $42.50
Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
