SalaryMaintenance Assistant
Our company is seeking a highly motivated, assistant maintenance person for large garden apartment community. This is a live on-site position includes free 2 bedroom apartment plus all utilities paid. On call on rotating basis.
Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Perform maintenance and preparation of vacant apartments on turnover
· Respond to resident complaints, work orders and emergency issues
· Ensures timely completion of vacant units as per instruction
- Able to perform snow removal and physical work.
Education and Experience:
· Minimum one to three years’ experience in building maintenance
· Must have a valid PA driver’s license
Job Requirements:
· Position requires that applicant live on-site-no exceptions
· Able to perform routine maintenance, painting, minor electrical and plumbing, snow removal.
Compensation:
· $17 per hour to start plus free 2 bedroom apartment all utilities paid.
