```Duties```
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning of equipment.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to prioritize and complete maintenance requests.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
- Follow safety protocols and adhere to all relevant regulations.
```Qualifications```
- Proven experience in hotel maintenance or a related field.
- Preventive maintenance, smoke alarm inspections, light duty plumbing, electrical,
drywall and painting.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Basic leadership skills to coordinate maintenance tasks and work effectively as part of a team.
This position requires a motivated individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
