- Review assigned handyman / maintenance tasks and add to shared schedule.
- Communicate updates to Facilities Director, and Office Manager, on respective jobs or tickets, in a timely manner.
- Identify and report to Facilities Director any slow-moving tasks or projects, and any long lead time material delays in order to identify bottlenecks and explore avenues to expedite all work.
- Document all related activities and complete forms and reports.
- Ensure safety, operational, and code compliance at all locations.
- Identify and address facilities issues at all locations via monthly site visits, using checklists.
- New office post construction equipment setup.
- Perform other related duties as directed.
- Daily check-in with Facilities Director.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good handyman skillset.
- Thorough understanding of facilities policies and procedures.
- Basic understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing as it relates to commercial buildings
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments.
- OSHA certified.
- Basic usage of MS Office.
- Lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to travel to all locations as needed or requested.
- Strong Excel skliis
- Strong knowledge of computer technology
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license
- At least two years of related work experience
