  Develop maintenance policies, procedures, and maintain equipment warranties and diagrams.

Qualifications:

• 
  High school diploma or Graduate of Technology.

• 
  Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Maintenance job.

Responsibilities:

  Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports, expenses, and budgets.

  Maintain building compliance with codes and regulations.

• 
  Coordinate maintenance work to avoid disruptions to resident care.
