Maintenance Crew Member

Duties:

- Perform various tasks as assigned by the supervisor

- Follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner

- Conduct facilities maintenance and repairs

- Provide excellent customer service

-Ability to identify weeds in the landscape beds and planting areas.

-Must be available to work extended hours, weekends, and during inclement weather.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in English (verbal and written communication)

- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals

- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems

- Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise a team

- Ability to fabricate and assemble components

- Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing work areas

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

- Maintain accurate records of work performed

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Excellent customer service skills

-Job duties may include digging, raking, planting, and operating various types of power equipment/lawnmowers
