About The Role
- The Maintenance and Operations ("M&O") Project Manager will serve as a liaison with the clients and Electronic Stored Information during the M&O phase.
- Available and responsive to State requests for consultation and assistance.
- Responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive client relationship.
What you"ll do
- Provide timely and informed responses to operational and administrative inquiries that arise.
- Manages staff assigned to all day-to-day M&O activities.
- Plays an active role in the day-to-day management of the account, aware of all issues, concerns, and requirements.
- Providing oral and written status reports and other information as required.
- Manages the relationships with subcontractors and partner vendors.
Qualifications
- Qualified candidates must reside in the island of O"ahu to be considered for this job opportunity. We may consider candidates to work hybrid if they reside within the Honolulu Metropolitan Area.
- PMP Certifications preferred.
- Experience working with the government preferred.
- Bachelor"s in relevant field.
- Over 5+ years of experience in M&O Project Management.
- Proven track record in providing excellent customer service.
