What You Will Do
The Maintenance Administrator is primarily responsible for procurement and accounting tasks for the Maintenance department. The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for processing inventory, purchasing needed goods and services, monitoring budgets and account administration, and processing and maintaining data related to work orders.
What We're Looking For
• Required to work a set schedule that may be changed/modified by management based on the needs of the facility.
• Requires availability to work morning, afternoon, nights, or weekends depending upon assigned shift and overtime based on the needs of the facility.
• Must work in a distribution/warehouse environment with the physical and environmental aspects typically associated with such environment.
• Minimally must be able to lift 25 pounds; ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
• Must be able to work from a ladder or rolling stairs
What You Need To Succeed
Minimum Qualifications
• Possess a valid state driver’s license
• Experience driving a pick-up truck
• Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
• Working knowledge of machine parts, electrical parts, and other parts used in and around a distribution/warehouse facility
• Working knowledge of Distribution Center Maintenance
• Working knowledge of EAM/7i
• Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Spend Management
• Experience organizing and supporting construction and/or maintenance activities
• Experience with budgeting, accounting, and accounts payable
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft office suite
