MaintenanceAdministrator
Peacock Properties is growing! We are currently looking to add our newest team member in the role of Maintenance Administrator.
Core responsibilities to include:
- Schedule appointments with maintenance partners to provide non-routine services to our property portfolio
- Follow up with maintenance partners for proposals and bills
- Collect certificates of insurance, W9s, and indemnification forms from partner companies
- Maintain digital and physical office files
- Drafting and sending correspondence and other formal documents
- Other Maintenance Team support duties as needed
- Have superior time management skills. This is critical to this role.
- Be 100% willing and able to make daily use of the software we use for our day-to-day operations. We use 8x8 for phones, Buildium for almost everything, Smartsheet, and Office365 to name a few. We can offer support to get you up and running, but you are fearless to learning unfamiliar programs.
- Can-do approach to getting resolutions and an overall positive attitude!
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); ability to quickly learn new software used for daily operation
- Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
- Thrive in a team environment.
