Benore, President and CEO SUMMARY: Primary function of this position is managing the administrative duties and Maintenance Coordinators of the Maintenance Department.

The responsibility includes professional communication with internal and external customers and the efficient management of information to the maintenance and accounting systems on all owned, leased, and rented equipment, including commercial vehicles, trailers, yard switchers, forklifts, golf carts, GPS devices, handheld scanners, etc. This includes the ordering, receiving, charge out, and 100% accurate inventory of all parts used for repairs to company equipment at the assigned location. This position requires professional communication, computer, and presentation skills.

This Position represents the company in a positive image, with employees, customers, and the community always performing in a safe and ethical manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: Carries out supervisory responsibilities for Maintenance Coordinators in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluation of performance of direct reports; enforcement of Company Policy; coaching, and recommendations regarding direct reports compensation, incentives, and discipline; and implementation of same.

Requires use of independent judgment to address employee concerns, employee engagement, and problem resolution. Actively participates in interviewing, hiring, safety, and training employees. Responsible for setting up, monitoring, and ensuring scheduled maintenance and repairs with leasing companies and Benore equipment within prescribed timelines and document status for the Director's review.

Ensures all DOT-required records are maintained and accessible, including eDVIRs', repair documentation, annual inspections, etc. Primary contact with internal customers, including safety, dispatch operations, and Class A CDL drivers, regarding breakdowns, equipment location, and yard checks. Responsible for vendor management in coordination with the Maintenance Manager and/or the Director of Maintenance.

Responsible for coordinating emergency repairs in accordance to the Director or his designee for vehicles in route, assigning technicians or determining feasibility of outsourcing to vendors. Responsible for the clean and safe upkeep of the assigned maintenance office to include counters and floors are free of debris, oil, and grease. Responsible under the review and authority of the Director of Maintenance and following the established process approved by the CFO, processing of vendor invoices.

This includes all rental equipment. Ensures that all service record for each asset are properly maintained electronically and easily accessible for internal and external audits within compliance guidelines. Required to update and accurately maintain TMT file maintenance and related systems on the additions, deletions, and changes of assets, including location assignments on all assets as needed.

Ensures all required license, fonns, packets, and insurance forms our updated in the systems and issued to the trucks properly. Ensure all documentation and other forms are completed in compliance with company rules and ISO regulations. Responsible for reviewing the parts charge out, proper work content time charge, reviews and addresses work order discrepancies, and ensuring all work orders were completed properly and signed by the appropriate approvers.

Conducts final inspection of work order repairs and finalizes work orders in TMT software system. Responsible for the safekeeping of assets at all times including shop tools, maintenance equipment, maintenance vehicles, maintenance shop, office, tool crib, tire trailer, etc., and ensures that all inventory is secure at all times. Assist in Accident Investigations of assigned equipment and coordinates with the Transportation Department and the Director of Safety and Compliance to ensure Accident Investigations are in compliance with DOT Regulations and Benore company policies.

Ensures that proper coordination of scheduled Maintenance Coordinators and technician coverage ensures Time Off requests (Vacation/Sick/Bereavement) are submitted to payroll in a timely fashion. Partners with Human Resources, Safety and Compliance, Driver Management, Dispatch and other departments as needed to resolve issues, complete investigations and provide assistance as needed. Ensure compliance with EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) state and federal regulations, must keep abreast changes in EPA, DOT and other regulatory agencies.

Provides knowledge and leadership training on regulations to maintenance employees. Required to maintain extensive knowledge of DOT rules and regulations as they pertain to fleet maintenance. Required to attend and complete all company development, safety and compliance training, and mentor and train employees in adherence to DOT, OSHA and BLS policies and procedures.

Strict adherence to CT-PAT best practices. Follows all workplace processes and standards in support of the ISO-9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and OHSAS 18000:2007 Quality certification programs. Other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position will supervise the assigned staff and other assigned staff with a dotted line to technicians with work prioritization. Responsibilities include: enforcement of Company policies, planning, assigning, and directing work, coaching, perfonnance evaluation, recommend and implement compensation adjustments, incentives, and employee discipline, resolving employee concerns, employee engagement and problem resolution. Assists with interviewing, hiring, safety, and training employees.

Assists with daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting as determined by the Director of Maintenance. Assists with analyzingperformance gaps and development of action plans to address performance issues. Responsible for continuous improvement and innovation as it related to improving processes, addressing performance,creating action plans and ensuring proper training and development of employees.

Responsible for maintaining a highly engaging culture, motivating employees, and fostering an environment with high levels ofteamwork, accountability, communication, and vision to employees.
