Responsibilities: - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently, ensuring accuracy of information - Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities and services - Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations - Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Qualifications: - Previous experience working at the front desk of a hotel or similar establishment is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in using phone systems, computer software, and other office equipment - Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our hotel.
