Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance and repair tasks on various equipment and systems
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Weld and fabricate metal components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Supervise and coordinate contractors for larger repair projects
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including logic controllers
- Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks, such as plumbing repairs and HVAC maintenance
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders
Experience:
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting techniques
- Proficiency in welding and fabrication techniques
- Familiarity with logic controllers and their operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Experience supervising contractors for repair projects is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting
