As a Maintenance Person, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Facilities Manager and the Executive Director to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience with facilities management, maintenance, or construction.
• Valid driver’s license and personal auto insurance.
• Ability to work on your feet and lift/carry heavy objects.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Works with little supervision.
• Must have one year of experience in facility maintenance, construction, or other related experience with construction/maintaining walls, painting, etc. in an addiction treatment facility.

Responsibilities:

• Performs maintenance work including painting, cleaning, repairing, and replacing interior and exterior surfaces.
• Painting only when necessary.
• Finishing up tasks when completed including installation of new fixtures, windows, doors, furniture, equipment, and décor.

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour
