Maintenace Assistant

Premier is searching for a self-motivated individual to join our team as a Maintenance Assistant.
Responsibilities include performing maintenance tasks in resident living and recreational areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents. In addition to hands-on maintenance work, the role involves fulfilling administrative requirements such as completing forms and reports essential to the smooth operation of the facility.
We are looking for someone with leadership potential, who can work harmoniously with colleagues, families, and visitors. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills to plan, organize, and interpret the maintenance department's goals, objectives, policies, and procedures effectively.
