Job Title: Mainframes Developer/Production Support

Job Description:
Should possess a minimum of 4 to 8 years of Experience in PROD Support, preferable in Mainframe Systems (based on Level)
- Should have atleast 1 to 2 Yrs of experience in COBOL, JCL, CA7 and DB2
- Telecom Billing Experience will be added advantage
- Should be willing to work in 24 * 7 Shifts (across three shifts)
- Should be good in Troubleshooting and coming up with RCA by adhering to SLA defined
- Should have experience in Collaborating with Multiple teams and drive the Live Bridge calls to successful Issue resolution across different teams
- Should be very good in Communication (written / verbal).
