POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
The University Athletic Association at the University of Florida is searching for a Mailroom Coordinator to perform general mailroom and shipping/receiving responsibilities for the UAA’s mailroom and warehouse/Central Receiving.This posting will close at end of business day on December 5, 2023.
MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree*
- One year of related experience and/or training*
- A valid Florida driver’s license
- Courteous, professional, timely individual with a positive attitude
- Ability to regularly lift 55 lbs
- Ability to operate basic computer systems
- Ability to operate a forklift and large cargo van
- Ability to follow safety protocols at all times including while operating vehicles associated with daily duties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds
- Ability to travel in town as relates to daily responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with UPS, FedEx, or mail systems
*An equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of education/experience requirements
