Mailroom Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for Mailroom coordinator who is responsible for receiving (via served, certified, regular mail, etc.), sorting, profiling, and scanning documents sent to CT in our capacity as registered agent.

Note – This Is 100% Onsite position.

Skill / Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years’ customer service experience.
• little bit of Skills in office/mail-room experience.
• Kodak scanner knowledge a plus.
• typing speed 30-40 wpm
• Some computer skills preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skill.

Job Responsibilities

• Managing phone, email and chat support for incoming questions or issues regarding products and services
• Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail according to assigned Department.
• To coordinate day-to-day customer mail deliveries for your site.
• Record all incoming, outgoing and collected items in mailroom logs.
• To ensure the mail process is efficient and customer friendly.
• Correct and re-forward misdirected mail
• Mail Room coordinator ensure our mail reaches its recipients in good condition
