Mailing Coordinator
Pay: $23-$28 per hour, based on experience
Type: Full-Time, In-person office role

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Project Management: Manage all aspects of mailing jobs, from initial estimates to final delivery, ensuring each project meets scheduled due dates.
Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of direct mail marketing and commercial mailing print to advise customers knowledgeably.
Estimates: Enter accurate estimates for mailing projects and review them with clients.
Postal Regulations: Maintain a deep understanding of postal rules, regulations, and concepts.
Data Management: Enter and verify mailing specifications, review mailing data lists, and follow up on postal payments to prevent job delays.
Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication with customers, sales representatives, and the production team to facilitate job flow.
Proofing: Coordinate proofing with customers and sales, reviewing proofs
Job Status: Monitor job status to ensure projects progress smoothly and respond to customer inquiries within two hours or less.
Coordination: Act as a liaison between customers, manufacturing, and sales, ensuring seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
Experience: Three to six plus years of experience in direct mailing, commercial print, manufacturing, or a related field preferred.
Knowledge: Understanding of direct mail, advertising mail, and marketing mail concepts.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Detail-oriented: Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the ability to think quickly.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work flexible hours, including early and late shifts and overtime as needed.
Outgoing personality with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus.
Commercial printing or related sector experience is beneficial.
