Mail Sorter 2Nd Shift

United Direct Solutions is currently seeking a full time Mail Sorter for 2nd Shift.

Hours: Monday- Friday 2:30PM- 11:00PM if overtime is needed the hours are 2:30PM- 1:00AM

Saturday overtime as needed. Peak overtime required from Mid-September through Mid-December

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Able to process all (letters, flats. Periodicals, parcels) classes of mail by hand in accordance with United Direct Solutions and USPS procedures.
• Able to proficiently operate and perform intermediate setup and troubleshooting on at least three class of mail manufacturing equipment.
• Able to train new operators on at least two classes of mail manufacturing equipment.
• Maintain a high degree of quality in all work performed
• Effectively communicate status of work being performed to management.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used in accordance with United Mail procedures.
• Assist in the fulfilling and manual processing of orders.

Other duties may be assigned.
