Responsibilities:
- Ensures Customer Service area is always staffed and functional.
- Maintains records and files.
- Must have good working knowledge of postal regulations.
- Must have good working knowledge of computer basics.
- Receive inbound FedEx, USP, DHL packages.
- Scan into tracking system, deliver and obtain signatures.
- Prepare outbound branch mail through courier and FedEx.
Must be computer literate, detail oriented.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 1 to 2 year experience in a mail room or experience at FedEx and/or UPS.
- Proficiency in MS-Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.
- Ability to appropriately handle confidential and highly sensitive material.
