Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of Records document, Scanning, Mailroom, and Reprographic.
- Receive and process inbound and outbound records & File.
- Archiving records & Files.
- Retrieving records & Files from storage company.
- Bar-coding records for storage.
- Maintains time, volume and delivery records.
- Ensure that safety and security procedures are followed at all times.
- Indexing of files.
- Performs any prep work required to the documents before scanning.
- Scanning documents into electronic format.
- Conducts quality checks throughout scanning process.
- Involves sitting or standing for long periods of time, and repetitive motion.
- Other duties assigned by manager.
- Provide daily status reports detailing work completed.
- Mail and Copy experience.
- Shipping and Receiving.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1 to 2 years' experience working in Law Firm and File room.
- Minimum 1 year customer service and office related experience preferred.
- Basic Mathematical skills.
- Minimum 1 year demonstrated mail/shipping and receiving experience preferred.
- 1-3 years' experience using Microsoft Software.
- Ability to effectively work individually and in team environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Attention to detail.
