Overview
:In this role you will be responsible for organizing, collating and preparing company literature and material for mailing and shipment.

Responsibilities
:- Organizes and collates company literature and various other materials to prepare them for shipment.
- Inserts collated materials inside of envelopes or other shipping containers.
- Affixes appropriate company labels and postage to the exterior of the shipments.
- Determines proper postage by processing envelopes and boxes on postage equipment.
- Places shipments in containment area for delivery.
- Operates computerized equipment and printer for variety of different services (i.e., USPS, UPS, Federal Express, etc.).
- Charges postage to the proper department.
- Types address labels with weight and department for each item.
- Affixes labels.
- Retrieves daily reports.
- Tracks packages.
- Process returned mail to correct addresses in system and resend mail to customer.
- Performs custom mailings as needed.
- Drive to Melaleuca facilities in Idaho Falls to pick up and deliver mail.
- Drive to Post Offices in Idaho Falls to pick up mail.
- Sort mail and interoffice envelopes by department.
- Notifies employees of packages addressed to them in the mailroom.
Qualifications
:- Detailed work and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and professionally.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Sit with intermittent walking.
- Manual dexterity for such duties as stapling, collating, sorting, filing, typing, writing, etc.
- Ability to read, write and perform simple math such as addition and subtraction.
- Communicate (hearing & speech) with individuals in person and by phone.
- Visually read reports, computer screen, etc.
- Excellent driving record.
- Ability to climb stairs.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle.
- Bending, stretching, pulling, pushing, and standing for extended periods of time.
- Ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities with efficiency and accuracy.
