Job Description
Description: Operates Flowmaster-6 pocket inserter with perfect match software, and/or other inserter equipment on the production floor, during the assigned time frames, to the quality standards established by the Production Supervisor. Opportunity to work in a great team environment with benefits.
Qualifications and Skills
Emphasis on quality, accuracy, and organization.
Experience with Client / Flowmasters & Bell Howell inserting equipment.
Ability to setup and operate mail equipment.
Good computer knowledge to navigate perfect match software and setup inkjet print files.
Have ability to work under pressure of deadlines and delivery dates.
Work as part of a team and effectively communicate with all co-workers.
Ability to adapt to changes from daily tasks to entire role responsibilities.
Be able to work overtime as required.
Ability to lift 40 lbs.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-year experience operating mail inserting equipment.
Experience operating Client Flowmaster a huge plus
Great knowledge in standard job setups and operating features of the inserter equipment
Math skills
Written and verbal communications skills
Ability to identify inadequate machine operation and make basic adjustments.
Ability to read and understand Zip reports
Ability to sort and tray mail
Strong mechanical skills required
Comfortable working within a team environment
Education:
High School degree or equivalent trade school training
Multiple paths for growth within the company.
Experience in the Print, Mail, or Fulfillment industry is preferred. Salary based on experience, ability to assist in multiple areas, and dependability including reliably working short notice overtime.
