Job Description:
- Employees would manually extract mailed-in payments with the assistance of an OPEX 50/60 machine.
- Once the mail is extracted it is placed in a specific sort pattern and separated by single, multi payments, exceptions, and correspondence batched then forwarded for processing.
- Close attention to detail is required to ensure that the work is properly batched for processing. ( i.e. staples removed, checks and documents facing the correct way, batches marked correctly, etc).
- Envelope/paper cleanup at the end of the day is required.
- Must stay till all the work is completed.
- Must be self-motivated and a team player.
- Must be able to produce high-quality work in a minimal amount of time.
- Must be punctual and dependable.
- Must be available to work extra time if needed.
