Mail Coordinator (Part-Time)

Canon is looking to hire a Part TimeMailroom Coordinator in New Albany, OH.

This position offers part-time hours flexibility with 2 shift options:

• Option 1 - 4 Hour shifts Monday through Friday
• Option 2 - 7 hour shifts Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Interfaces with customers to obtain information to assure completeness of claim information and update client systems.
• Review, prioritize and submit copy requests from mainframe/mini/server/desktop according to complexity and urgency.
• Prepares documents for imaging and final disposition by client staff.
• Monitors email boxes inboxes and other client systems to fulfill requested services.
• Helps Claims department by performing clerical duties e.g. mail, check processing, reception, distribution or other similar tasks as assigned
• Monitor inventory of copy supplies, paper, and toners.
• Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail and packages.
• Prepare outgoing mail packages via FedEx/UPS to meet deadlines.

Requirements

• 1+ year experience working in a mailroom, reception, or professional office environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some knowledge of metering, weighting, logging, and other shipping procedures is preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn numerous software programs
• Ability to perform routine functions of most of the various equipment & systems (fax, scanner, metering, stamping, tracking systems, photocopying, color copying, binding, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour
