Rural Carrier Associate (RCA)

$20.38 per hour paid bi-weekly.

• Delivering mail and packages in all types of weather
• Customer service, the face of USPS in the community
• Do not wear a uniform/Mostly driving/ Work independently
• Ability to pick up work at other USPS locations within 50 miles
• Flexible workforce and used on an as needed basis (fluctuating schedule)
• USPS Employee Health Benefits available 1st day of employment
• USPS Federal Health Benefits (FEHB) available after one year, if requirements are met
• Raises are based on route evaluations and cost of living raises based on union contract
• Voluntarily become a union member
• After one year of service, when a vacancy becomes available in your office you can bid to become a career carrier, awarded based on seniority (permanent position with FULL benefit package)
