SalaryAs a Mail and Shipping Supervisor, you will oversee a small team, making sure the workflow is going as expected and making reports about weekly/monthly goals. Responsible for mailroom operations (shipping and receiving of packages).
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- +1 year of leadership experience.
- Mail background is preferred
Job Type: Full-time (1 shift).

Schedule:
- Shift: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (Monday to Friday).
Duties:
- Act as a go to person for a small team of employees, while assisting with job assignment, scheduling of projects, supervising mandatory break times and by reporting and escalating facility related issues to assigned leadership
- Complete site reports and other paperwork on time and accurately.
- Maintain efficient workflow by holding team members accountable for quality and efficiency of their work.
- Responsible for training and development of assigned staff.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Salary: $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
