We are seeking someone who has that special ability to understand our guests and how to provide a magical experience during their entire Enchanted Fairies studio session.

Core Accountabilities
- Correctly pose and position children with the correct lighting for each pose.
- SHOUT FROM THE ROOFTOPS about Enchanted Fairies from the moment our treasured guests walk into our studio.
- Greet clients when they arrive for their magical adventure.
- Capture photos, save photos, and set up photo premiers for clients.
- Keep the photo studio, dressing rooms, and reception area clean so that each guest has a consistent and pleasant experience.
- Put away dresses and costumes after each photo session to help maintain their integrity.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our magical experiences
- Successfully navigates and challenges a strategy
- Flexible in working together with coworkers and taking constructive criticism to achieve company goals.
Requirements
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Minimum High School diploma and GED.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months experience in photography.
- Must have previous experience working in a child-centric industry.
- High-energy personality and strong emotional intelligence.
- High attention to detail and approaches to work in an organized manner are required.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Must be able to HAVE FUN with children and be focused.
Pay: $37,440 a year to start ($18.00/hour) + commission potential
