Job Description for EIS Secretary

• Enroll new students-this includes requesting records, getting proper documentation and registration paperwork completed before staying at school.
• Run attendance daily and make calls to absent students
• Enter doctor statements and tardies/leave earlies in Skyward
• Enter discipline into Skyward
• Enter Title Codes, Bus information, fill out any non-completed Emergency Forms in Skyward
• Put proper EL codes for student in Skyward
• Print Progress reports and Report Cards and distribute to teachers
• EIS-must login to EIS to register students correctly by using proper format of the name and proper pin number.
• Request records from previous schools for new students
• Give proper codes in Skyward when withdrawing students.
• Copy and/or fax, email cumulative record when a student is leaving and send to new school.
• Collect support staff timesheets, teacher sick leave, bus duty, and sub timesheets. Look over and organize to check for mistakes and take to the board after they are signed by the principal.
• Update Central Office of any staff changes.
• Any other duties assigned by the school administrator
