Machine Service Technician

We are seeking a highly capable Field Service Technician to join our team and play a critical role in supporting our customers worldwide. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and field service to our clients, ensuring their equipment is running smoothly and efficiently.

**Job located in Wauconda, IL**

Responsibilities:

• Conducting onsite installation, maintenance, and repair of our equipment.
• Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support via phone or email.
• Maintaining accurate service records and reports.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance
• Demonstrating and training customers on the use and maintenance of our equipment.
• Collaborating with our engineering and manufacturing teams to provide feedback on product performance and improvements.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
• Utilize various measuring devices
• Travel to various customer locations both domestic & international (does include a premium rate)

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in machinery or other related fields is a plus
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with industrial tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Team player able to assist & support others in a growing environment
• Strong Computer & communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Self Starter, ability to travel and work independently
• Valid Driver's License
• Valid Passport (or ability to secure a US passport)
• Engineering degree a plus
