Job Description
- The operator will be open to training in each process from beginning to end (general housekeeping to shipping dept).
- To support the company in filling any of the above-listed roles as needed and for as long as needed. This may require multiple roles during one workday or workweek. (Employees on PTO, call-Ins, etc... )
- Open to training in all departments throughout the plant
- Operating Machinery
- Support product flow through the plant by recognizing any area that is falling behind and adding themselves as a resource if they are not already assigned elsewhere.
- Assist department leads/supervisor in training and onboarding of new employees.
- Work efficiently in a positive direction, trying new work practices and methods with enthusiasm.
- Assist in the function of final visual inspection and cooperate with Quality Control technicians to ensure the highest quality parts leave the building and have been fully tested and inspected. Stop any product that is less than excellent.
- Communicate regularly and positively with the Production Manager(s) and the team of Lead Operators.
- Other requirements as required by the Production Manager(s).
- 1+ Year of Manufacturing/Machine Operating Experience is Required
