Role
As an Extrusion Line Operator and Blender (also known as Manufacturing Technician, Production Operator), you'll ensure the successful production of finished materials. You'll adhere to safety policies and protocols, run machines and equipment at optimum performance levels, and perform minor maintenance tasks. Your role will be crucial in promoting worksite safety, product quality, and operations efficiency.

- High School or Equivalent required. 2 Year Technical School or College Certification preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Plastics extrusion/molding experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Tool/Die/Mold Setup, Mechanical Troubleshooting, Twin Screw Compounding, Plastics - Nylon 6 Material, Plastics - Nylon 66 Material, Plastics - PA6, Plastics - PA66 Materials, Plastic Extrusion, Injection Molding, and Thermoforming. Experience with Injection Molding Machine and Extrusion Machine is a plus.
