OnsiteJob Responsibilities:
- Operate various machines in production environment including press, sander, shear, and various knives
- Carefully follow detailed work instructions
- Identify and report quality concerns
- Delicately handle fragile veneer panels
- Assist other areas as needed
Job Qualifications:
- HS diploma with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. In the absence of a HS diploma or GED, 3 years of relevant experience is required.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position.
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for 8+ hours per day
Preferred Job Qualifications:
- Machine operation or woodworking is a plus
- Continuous Improvement/ACE experience is a plus
- EH&S experience is a plus
- AS9100 experience is a plus
