Machine Operator - Extrusion

Founded in 1979, Pacur LLC. is an ISO 9001 certified custom sheet extruder located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. We specialize in the extrusion of light and heavy gauge polyester, copolyester and polypropylene resins for a variety of applications. We are dedicated to the extrusion of these resins because of their unique blend of properties with minimal environmental impact.

• 12-hour rotating shifts with double time on Sunday
• 14 days off per month including 7 days in a row

Job Responsibilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced , high-speed environment, follow standardized work procedures and adhere to established safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment
• Ability to understand a computer and programs
• Use of basic hand tool such as pliers, vice grip, crescent wrench, screw driver etc
• Complete tests for quality output using measurement tools
• Monitor visually, adjust, calibrate and test equipment to ensure quality product is produced with minimal scrap waste
• Strict adherence to established health and safety regulations to prevent potential hazards
• Must be able to lift/move 50lbs on occasion

Qualifications

• High school or equivalent
• Manufacturing: 1 year
