Job Description: Blow mold Operator
Schedule:
3rd Shift
Sunday-Thursday 2200-0630
Training will span over first, second and third shifts.
Position:
The Blow Mold Operator is responsible for operating plastic Blow Molding machines and making necessary adjustments to ensure production of containers is made in a safe, efficient, and high-quality manner. The correct candidate for this position will have mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities
· Always maintain and promote a safe working environment and have a safety-first mindset.
· Analyze process data and equipment performance data to improve quality and throughput. Ability to adjust settings/ troubleshoot and perform minor repair of Blow Mold equipment.
· Assist with QT/PT bottle supply, De bag process, Fill bottle trailers as needed.
· Monitor empty bottle weights and adjust accordingly.
· Follow and maintain 5S standards for work areas.
· Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.07 - $28.81 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
