Position Overview:
As a Belt-Line Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. The beltline is very similar to extrusion lines, and if you have experience operating extrusion equipment, you may be a perfect fit for this role! You will be responsible for operating and maintaining the belt-line equipment, ensuring the production of high-quality sintered and fiber plastics. Responsibilities:
- SAFETY: Follow all safety guidelines, wear personal protective equipment (PPE), and participate in safety improvement projects for the beltline and its surrounding area.
- QUALITY: Ensure product meets all quality specifications and make quality improvements when needed.
- Operate and monitor the belt-line equipment, maintaining optimal performance and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Set up and adjust the equipment to meet production requirements and quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet the stringent specifications of sintered and fiber plastics.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks and troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize production efficiency and address operational challenges.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an extrusion operator or in a similar role is highly desirable. If you have experience operating extrusion equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with belt-line equipment, such as conveyors, rollers, and tensioners.
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work 8 hour shift (3:30pm-11:30pm)
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
