Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Responsible for maintenance, performance, and quality of Zinc molding machines.
- Leads and trains material handlers in zinc mold and assembly areas
- Responsible for the safe operation and functioning of the equipment
- Understands the process, temperatures, and safety requirements of the machine.
- Sets limit switches.
- Safe handling of zinc ingot in melting pot.
- Maintains tooling and understands what is critical for operating the machine.
- Makes machine adjustments as needed.
- Understands the operator interface system.
- Ensures tooling is maintained and serviced as needed.
- Leads Power Board discussions.
- Ensures Safety, Quality, Cost and 5s standards are followed and met.
- Performs preventative maintenance.
- Partners with management to meet delivery/production goals

Experience:
- Machine Operator: 1 year (Preferred)
