Kelly Services is partnering with a new and growing manufacturer of bagged pickles and fruits/veggies in the Little Chute, WI area to hire Machine Operators!
These are direct hireMachine Operatorpositions, meaning you will be hired permanently with our client and offered their benefit and vacation package upon hire.

Shifts Available:
- 1st shift: M-F | 6:00am-4:30pm (optional Saturday shift available)
- 2nd shift: M-F | 5:00pm-3:30am (optional Saturday shift available)
- OT paid for every hour worked over 40 hours for each week
Starting Hourly Wage for a Machine Operator:
- $20/hr (+$1.00/hr shift differential for 2nd shift)
- $2,000 sign-on bonus!

Position Information:
- Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
- Control and adjust machine settings (e.g., speed)
- Feed raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
- Inspect parts with precision and measuring tools
- Test operation of machines periodically
- Fix issues that might occur during the shift
- Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
- Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
- Maintain activity logs
What kind of experience do you need to succeed?
- 6+ months of Machine Operator experience
- Comfortable with both computer-controlled and mechanically based machines
- NO High School Diploma required!
- Manufacturing or food industry experience is a plus (not required)
- Comply with company policies and procedures, GMP's safety and quality standards, food safety measures, OSHA, and other safety regulations
- Positive attitude and enjoys teamwork
- Understanding the importance of safety
