- One week 36 hours and 48 hours the next

Job Responsibilities
- Pay strong attention to detail and committed to promoting and maintaining workplace safety.
- Have the ability to understand and apply basic operating principles and techniques to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Frequently required to read.
- Have good mechanical and general aptitude, the ability to learn quickly, and operate heavy industrial equipment.
- Perform minor maintenance on equipment if needed.
- Forklift experience is helpful.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Trade school experience and/or a minimum of 1 year heavy industrial machine operation experience is recommended.
- Must be a team player.
- 2 years of Manufacturing experience.
- Mechanical aptitude
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Stand for Shift Duration
- Must be at least 18 years old
The hourly rate for this position is anticipated to range between $20.97 - $20.97 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including but not limited to experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate's skills and experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range. The upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive skills and experience. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
