Envases Ohio is adding Machine Operators to our team to support our continued growth.
The Envases Ohio location focuses on industrial packaging commonly used for paint or similar products.
This is a full-time position based in Fremont, Ohio. We offer competitive hourly rates, growth opportunities, and a clean, safe work environment.
Come join our second shift team! Hours for this position are typically:
- Monday-Friday 2:45 p.m.-11:00 p.m.
WHAT ENVASES OHIO CAN OFFER YOU:
- Starting pay of $18 an hour
- Increase to $20 per hour after 90 days
- Shift premium of $1.50 per hour
- $50 per week attendance incentive
- $500 signing bonus ($250 paid at 90 days, $250 paid at 6 months)
- No rotating shifts (set schedule)
- Weekly pay
- 11 Paid holidays

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT FOR THIS POSITION:

- Previous experience working in a factory and operating manufacturing machinery is beneficial but not necessary.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to satisfactorily complete a background and drug screening.
- Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- Report for work on time to support production startup.
- Possess good physical stamina and coordination.
- Could be required to stand and/or walk for long periods daily while frequently bending, twisting, reaching and periodically lifting.
- Able to work as a team, good communication skills, basic math skills, physical dexterity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Hard working Production Worker which includes maintaining a clean workstation & production floor, preparing machinery & equipment for use, following production guidelines and specifications, and following safety guidelines.
- Work with consistent speed & accuracy. Maintain production standards & work towards improving productivity without compromising quality. Monitoring & removing faulty products.
- May work with mechanical or computer-operated equipment. Must be technically inclined & be able to properly utilize tools & machinery. If problems arise with machinery, you must be able to analyze situation & find solutions.
- Performing other tasks as assigned.
