Job Description
As a Machine Operator (also known as Equipment Technician, Production Machine Operator), you'll be responsible for the set-up, operation, and troubleshooting of machinery. You'll ensure the equipment is producing high-quality products, runs smoothly and at capacity, and is properly maintained through periodic tests and repairs. You'll also oversee all activities associated with running machinery, including staging, setup, operation run, shutdown, quality, and housekeeping.
