The position will operate various pieces of extrusion equipment and to safely produce quality products on these machines in a timely and efficient manner, while sustaining a lean work environment that promotes teamwork, sustainability, and continuous improvement. The skills and knowledge needed are the ability to learn the functionality of plant equipment and understand the standards of operations safety requirements. Two years of production Machine Operator experience is preferred. High school graduate or GED equivalency

We are currently seeking a Machine Operator for our Clinton, Tennessee facility. This position will be on 2nd Shift which is 3:00PM-11:30PM, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities include:
- Safety Implementation
- Quality assurance
- Equipment management
- Process information management
- Interdepartmental communication/coordination
- Event participation - Lean, Safety, Kaizen
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications/Requirements/Skills:
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-2 years of manufacturing experience is preferred. Extrusion experience is highly desired.
- Ability to lift 35-50lbs frequently.
- Ability to learn the functionality of plant equipment.
